America's Assault

A Psalm of David. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows... PSALM 23:1-6

Waiting for January 20th and praying for the best after January 20th. There's so much information and disinformation being sprayed across the internet and, over abundantly, within our chosen personal devices. Even my phone number that was provided in confidence has been tossed into so many group texting chats that make my phone incapable of regular usage. I'm now contemplating a new number for my sanity, or just keep it shut off until I prepare a time to filter. But, that's all ok. I know my America is under attack. I know it's time to stay put as underlying moves and counter moves now use our once 'safe and & peaceful' protests to call us to arms to the capital. In my heart, this is not a time as counter moves dig a hole for the eager hot head to fall into entertaining disposal, for we will ignite a show in our own back yards. We must prepare our fight intelligently and flush with the sword.

"Take things always by their smooth handle."

~ Thomas Jefferson

I have decided to study and prepare mindfully. It feels not the path to be physical today, therefore I will not attend anything until I can truly see our President evolve and show his chess board, for he is a man of God and a true, true Patriot. Instead, I will BE STILL. When it is time to fight, a very calming wash of warmth and shimmer of our armor will call upon us. This is my heart's call although many are so angry and want revolution to manifest...

"When angry, count ten, before you speak; if very angry, a hundred." ~Thomas Jefferson

Eight more days, and we will decide further. For now, I read to my children. I cook for my family. I enjoy and sit by the fire in study. I work hard in my realm of personal best and do exactly what I am best at... being me in preparedness. I am doing well in this time of America's assault.
